Common questions

How do I move my data to a new phone?

With Back Up to iCloud on (Settings → Back Up & Restore), Gravity saves a backup to your iCloud Drive after every workout. On the new phone, install Gravity, open Settings → Back Up & Restore, and tap the most recent backup under iCloud Backups. You can also export a backup file with Back Up Now and restore it with Restore from File.

Can I bring my history from another app?

Yes. Export a CSV from Strong or Hevy, then in Gravity go to Settings → Import from Another App and choose the file. Importing the same file twice won't duplicate workouts.

Does Gravity need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no server: your data stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I save workouts to Apple Health?

Turn on Settings → Save to Apple Health. Gravity only writes finished workouts and never reads your health data.
